Faculty Profile:

Ms. Nisha Sah Gangola is a dedicated educator at the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR), Pune. With a strong academic background and a keen interest in sustainability, she brings rich knowledge and experience to her students. She holds an M.Phil. in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where her research focused on consumer awareness towards green marketing in India, and has also qualified the UGC-NET (Commerce). Currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Symbiosis International University, she is deepening her research in marketing with a special emphasis on sustainability. Beyond classroom teaching, Ms. Gangola has actively contributed to academic and professional development through lectures, workshops, and collaborative engagements.

Experience:

She has served as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce and Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, where she taught undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her teaching areas span marketing, consumer behavior, advertising, and business administration. During her tenure, she actively contributed to curriculum development and the NAAC accreditation process, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence.

Ms. Nisha has consistently demonstrated a passion for nurturing future leaders in the field of marketing. She has also delivered lectures to international students from the University of Applied Science, Mainz (Germany), and to corporate professionals through HDFC Bank’s Women Connect initiative. Her strong interest in sustainability continues to shape both her research and teaching.
