He began as an Assistant Professor at SKN Sinhgad School of Business Management in 2010, a role he held for over six years. He then served as an Assistant Professor at the Sinhgad Institute of Management for another six years. Since July 2022, Dr. Shetty has advanced to the position of Associate Professor at DES IMDR, where he continues his commitment to management education.
