Janvi Sathe is a postgraduate in Human Resources and Marketing with over 4+ years of experience in the marketing and education sectors. She currently serves as a faculty member at IMDR (Institute of Management Development and Research), contributing to both academic and training & placement initiatives.
Her career began at Pune Business School and progressed through esteemed institutions like D.Y. Patil, Symbiosis, and Kirloskar, where she worked as an Admissions Coordinator. She later expanded her professional expertise by working with top international schools in Pune as a Relationship Executive, focusing on client engagement and student outreach.
At IMDR, Janvi brings together her academic knowledge and practical industry experience to mentor students, conduct placement-related activities, and support their career development.
