Faculty Profile:
Anjali Naik holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a PGDBA. With over 24 years of professional experience, she served as an Assistant Professor at Fergusson College (Autonomous) for 19 years (2005–2024), teaching a wide range of computer science subjects. She also held the position of Training and Placement Officer for 12 years (2011–2023), where she played a key role in organizing placement drives and strengthening industry connections. Anjali has developed strong capabilities in designing academic programs and enhancing industry-academia collaboration. She firmly believes that aligning academic curricula with current industry trends is essential for building a skilled and industry-ready workforce.
Experience :
With over 24 years of experience, worked as Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator at Fergusson College (Autonomous), Pune from 2005 to 2024. Have taught diverse subjects across M.Sc., MCA, and tech programs, mentored academic and research projects, contributed to curriculum design, and conducted university assessments. As Placement Coordinator, have led campus recruitment initiatives, engaged with industry partners, and guided students on career readiness through training, mock interviews, and mentoring. Previously, also held teaching and programming roles at institutions like D.Y. Patil College and Amravati University, and worked in software development using VB, Java, and SQL technologies.
