Dr. Pritha is a PhD from Symbiosis International University in the faculty of Marketing Management. Her domain expertise spans across a wide range of academic interests including Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Management, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Retail Management, Product and Brand Management, and Business Research Methods. She has a total of 13.2 years of professional experience, comprising 9 years in Academics and 4.2 years in Industry.
Dr. Pritha has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and has presented and published research papers in ABDC, Scopus, and UGC Care-listed journals. She has authored one book and contributed chapters to several edited volumes.
Dr. Pritha strives to advance the field of Management Education by integrating research, innovation, and experiential learning, with a vision to inspire future leaders and create meaningful academic and industry impact.
Experience
Started career with Powertech Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager – Marcom, handling advertising, media communications, marketing, and sales, and later worked with Indusface Pvt. Ltd. as Business Development Executive – Inside Sales, focusing on competitive markets and sales opportunities. After gaining 3.7 years of corporate experience, shifted to academics by joining the Competitive Examinations Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University as Teaching Associate, followed by positions as Assistant Professor at MITCON Institute of Management and IndSearch. Currently associated with DES’s Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR), Pune as Marketing Faculty.
