Internal Complaints Committee (IC)
At IMDR, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all. As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, we have formed an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address complaints related to sexual harassment.
The ICC is a formal body that ensures any concern or complaint is heard seriously, handled confidentially, and resolved in a fair and time-bound manner. The committee includes both internal members and an external expert to ensure neutrality and transparency.
We encourage students, faculty, and staff to reach out to the ICC without fear, and we assure full support to anyone seeking help. Creating a safe and supportive campus is everyone’s responsibility—and together, we can make IMDR a place where dignity and respect are upheld at all times.
