INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2027

Organised by
Deccan Education Society,
Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR®), Pune.

About the Conference

As artificial intelligence tools become increasingly accessible, competitive advantage will depend less on access to technology alone and more on the quality of human judgement that guides its design, governance and use. The conference examines how organisations can deploy AI to augment human capability, improve decisions, support responsible innovation and generate sustainable business and societal value.
Bringing together researchers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, educators and policymakers from management, technology and the social sciences, the conference will create an interdisciplinary platform for evidence-based discussion on responsible AI governance, business transformation, sustainability, the future of work and digital inclusion.

Call for Papers

The conference invites original and unpublished empirical papers, conceptual papers, systematic and structured literature reviews, case studies, teaching cases and doctoral research papers aligned with the conference theme and tracks.
Submissions are invited from academicians, research scholars, management and postgraduate students, industry professionals, consultants, entrepreneurs, technology providers, policymakers and IMDR® alumni.
