IMDR believes in self driven learning and development and students religiously follow this philosophy. It includes both academic and non-academic activities. Processes like placement are student driven. The purpose is to create an opportunity for students to experience freedom of thought and action so as to make them less dependent on a
pre-structured way of thinking and acting. Students here learn to take up their own responsibilities.

Students can apply through one of the following exam scores : CAT, C-MAT, ATMA, MAT, XAT & MH-CET.
This is further followed by selected students undergoing Group Work & Personal Interviews.
