Lata Jori, M.Com, G.D.C. &A, and has worked in the Deccan Education Society’s Central Office for about 10 years in the Accounts & Finance Department. She joined IMDR in January, 2017 and since then, has been handling all matters relating to Accounts.
Manisha Bhagwat is a Commerce graduate and has worked in the Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) for about nine years in the administrative and examination department after joining the Deccan Education Society in 1992. At BMCC, she handled the work of admissions, correspondence with the University, and all examination related work. She joined IMDR in 2012 and since then, has been handling all matters relating to examinations, like fixing of the examination schedule and processing of results.
Rucha Kale is the Academic Coordinator at IMDR. She has done her graduation in commerce from Symbiosis Institute of Arts & Commerce. She completed her PGDBM and holds a Masters degree in Management Sciences (MMS) specialization HR from Naralkar Institute, Pune University. She comes with an industry experience of 8+ yrs., which includes working as an HR Generalist in IT and Media sector. In the past she has been associated with Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) as an Academic & Exams Coordinator
Chanda Gaikwad has done her B Com (Bachelors of Commerce) and MPBA (Master Programme in Business Administration) in Finance. She assist in Admissions process like handling students quires related to admissions & GWPI, calling for admission process and GWPI process. She also assist to Examination controller in scheduling exam, seating arrangement, printing question papers, exam result and work related to Convocation. She handles ERP entries related to GWPI marks, lectures time table and attendance of students.
Sujit Karde has done his MCom. He handles day-to-day accounts, leave management, fees collection, and student queries related to admissions and administration.
Pradnya Mahajan has done her BCS(Bachelor of Computer Science) and MDBA (Masters Diploma in Business Administration). MBA (Operations)
She manages the Computer Center , looks after the System Administration and Information Technology related services at IMDR. She is responsible for conducting training sessions for staff and students at IMDR and the overall development of the center.
She co-ordinates and conducts SAP training for students under the SAP-University Alliance Programme. In her tenure at IMDR, she has handled several renovations of the center and has developed software for the administration at IMDR.
Kiran Kadam has done his BA and is pursuing BCA. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He handles all the hardware and network troubleshooting on campus and student queries related to laptops, computers and computing devices. During his tenure he has always made special efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of the computer labs.
Neeti Karanjkar has done her MA (Economics Hons ) and M.LibISc. She joined IMDR in 1991. Her work largely centres around important aspects of the Library such as formulating library policies in close co-ordination with the faculty in-charge of the Library. She also ensures compliance with copyright rules. As the head of the Library, she anchors the Library budgeting process and long term and the short term planning. She interacts with the faculty and the students through the Library Committee.
In her tenure at IMDR, she has involved herself in several initiatives. She has attended workshops and seminars at XLRI, Jamshedpur and DRTC, Bangalore. She has contributed the library write up for the IMDR web site and the Pune University Library and Information Science Association (PULISA) newsletter.
Completed the Refresher Course in Library and Information Science conducted by the Department of Library and Information Science in 2009 under the UGC Scheme and got an ‘A’ Grade.
Participated and presented a paper in the 11th MANLIBNET Convention held at Shiv Shivani Institute of Management, Secunderabad between 15th & 17th of February 2010. The Topic of paper being “Use of Open Access E-Resources for Users

Pradeep Thopte has done his B.Com, B. Lib. He is with the library since 2009. He has also completed MSCIT in 2013He also finished his M. Lib. I. Sc. in 2015 and attended a workshop on “Online Resources” in the same year. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Library. He handles the issue/return counter at the Library and helps students with queries related to the library. He is responsible for the periodical section and data entry of the library. He also keeps the faculty-in-charge with the updates DTE website
