Parikshit Mahankal is a Teaching Associate in Human Resource Management. He has done his BSc from Bharati Vidyapeeth and MPM from Pune University. He has been associated with IMDR for 8 years as a part of the office administration before joining as a Teaching Associate in 2010.

In his tenure at IMDR, he has been the Coordinator of the evening part time courses. He is also responsible for the promotional activities of the institute. In his new role as a Teaching Associate, he would be involved in assessment of assignments, co-conduction of sessions with senior faculty members, conduction of case studies, and students grievance redressal, in addition to assisting in administrative matters.

His hobbies include playing cricket and football.
