Parikshit Mahankal is a Teaching Associate in Human Resources Management.
He has done his graduation in Science and Masters in Personnel Management from University of Pune. He has been associated with IMDR for 8 years. He was earlier Systems Officer and responsible for implementation of systems at IMDR, particularly the examinations. He also was the coordinator of the evening part-time programmes. Additionally, he has taken up the responsibility of various promotional activities for IMDR and has represented IMDR in various B-school fairs conducted across India.
Currently, he teaches courses in HR and conducts case-studies in Management Processes and Human Resources Management.
Recently he has co-authored and presented a paper on ‘Perception of Youths about corruption in India’ at the second National conference organized by Vishakarma Institute of Management on ‘Opportunities and Challenges of Managing the Millenial Generation’
