Application for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade (PGDIT) and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDHR) programmes of 2010-2012 session.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before proceeding with the online application please issue a DD of Rs 1000/- in favour of Director IMDR. MO/PO are NOT ACCEPTABLE. You are expected to fill up the DD Details at the end of the form, without which the form will not be accepted. If the DD details entered at the time of the online application do not match the details of the DD received the application will be treated as invalid. Please fill in the DD details accurately.

2. After submission of this online application form, an intimation by post along with DD of Rs 1000/- in favour of Director IMDR is absolutely essential. MO/PO are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please note down and write the token number that is displayed on successful submission of this online application form on the reverse side of the DD. The last date for submission of completed application forms is 25th March 2010

3. If you are yet to complete your Bachelor's degree examination or any other qualifying examination, enclose certificate from the Head of your Institute / Department stating that you would be completing examination and all other requirements for obtaining the Degree / Diploma by July 2010, along with your DD.

4. Attestation of Marksheets may be done by the Principal / Registrar / Head of your Department / College / University / Institute / an MP / MLA or Gazetted Officer.

5. The decision of the Director in all matters relating to admission will be final and binding.

6. Admission to the Programme on the basis of incomplete and / or false information will stand automatically cancelled.

7. Incomplete applications shall not be considered for the purpose of selection. Applicants are, therefore, advised to ensure in their own interest, that all relevant documents are enclosed with your DD. Candidates are also advised not to leave any field blank.
